Welcome to the Southern Craftsmen woodshop and online store.  Both father and son hope the compassion for what we do and the pride in how we do it will bring inspiration and joy into your life!

Our philosophy is to create unique yet practical treasures out of beautiful domestic and exotic hardwoods using thoughtful and sensible designs.

To accomplish this we combine a custom blend of old world craftsmanship with modern technology to create heirloom quality results.

Following the age tested tradition of Mentor/Master Craftsmen and Apprentice I particularlly enjoy the fact that we are conveying the knowledge and techniques of fine woodworking from one generation to the next.
